Tottenham Hotspur could reportedly look to move for RB Leipzig's Andre Silva if Harry Kane secures a move away next summer.

Tottenham Hotspur could reportedly look to move for RB Leipzig's Andre Silva if Harry Kane ends up leaving.

The England captain was widely expected to move to Manchester City in the most recent transfer window but ended up remaining in North London after Daniel Levy played hardball over a fee.

Kane confirmed on social media that he would be staying at Tottenham for the 2021-22 campaign, but his future beyond the end of the season remains unclear.

Should the 28-year-old successfully push for an exit next summer, football.london claims that Spurs could look to move for Leipzig striker Silva as his replacement.

The 25-year-old only arrived at Jesse Marsch's side from Eintracht Frankfurt this summer, but the report claims that he will secure 'a big move' to another top European club soon.

Silva has registered one goal and one assist from five Bundesliga games this term after finding the back of the net 28 times in 32 outings during the 2020-21 season.
