Ryan Christie hailed for post Celtic star turn as Bournemouth teammate insists they are 'lucky' to have him
Christie has six assists in just nine appearances for the Cherries and Dominic Solanke admits he's been "amazing."
Bournemouth are "lucky" to have Ryan Christie, according to teammate Dominic Solanke.
The former Celtic star sealed a cut-price move to the south coast side on transfer deadline day and took his time to hit the ground running.
But he's since assisted six goals in as many games to fire the Cherries up the Championship table and his sparkling form could well send them back to the promised land of English football.
Hitman Solanke is yet to be on the receiving end of a Christie assist but it was the Scot's cross against Huddersfield that allowed Phillip Billing to lay him off for Bournemouth 's second.
And another wonderful delivery from the former Aberdeen and Inverness star picked out Lloyd Kelly who smashed in the final goal of a 3-0 win.
Speaking to the Bournemouth Echo, Solanke - who has also run out for Chelsea and Liverpool in the past - reckons his side are "lucky" to have him.
“I think he’s been amazing," he said.
“You can see with the assists that he’s got this season how much he’s helped us.
