Ex-Rangers star Kenny Miller keen on Dunfermline job following Peter Grant sacking

FORMER Rangers star Kenny Miller has backed himself for the newly vacant Dunfermline manager position.
It comes after Celtic icon Peter Grant was relieved of his duties this afternoon following a terrible run of form with the Fife side now 12 games without a win since the start of the season.
The Pars currently sit at the bottom of the cinch Championship and two points off Morton in ninth place.
Fans were left furious for weeks following one poor result after another, especially for a side that was originally tipped as potential promotion runners at the start of the season.
Miller - who had a short stint as player-manager for Livingston in 2018 - was also assistant manager oversees in Australia for Newcastle Jets and Western Sydney Wanderers to manager and friend, Carl Robinson.

The 41-year-old has returned home and is back on the hunt for a job within football and insists it would be a no-brainer putting himself forward for the position at East End Park.
Speaking to BBC Sportsound, the 69-capped Scotland international said: "It's one of those jobs you look at that level, Dunfermline is a big club.
"You look at their stadium, it's a good stadium, the fans are clearly passionate about their club and they want them to be doing better than they are.
