Wolves midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White says he is "enjoying every minute" of his loan spell at Sheffield United.

Gibbs-White, 21, joined the Championship side on a season-long loan deal after finding his first-team chances limited at Molineux.

After a two-year absence from the England under-21s, the midfielder has earned him a recall by coach Lee Carsley following his promising form for the Blades.

It is fair to say he is one of the brightest prospects at Slavisa Jokanovic's side, with four goals and two assists in 11 games thus far.

There has been talk that Gibbs-White could be recalled by Wolves in January, though Jokanovic is keen to retain the midfielder's services.

"As a young player all you want to do is play games. When you don't get games it's frustrating, you get angry," Gibbs-White told YorkshireLive.

"At Wolves I wasn't getting the game time I wanted, so the recognition wasn't there.

"Since I've been in Sheffield, it's going well and I'm scoring goals and getting assists.

"It needs to happen this season and I want it to happen.

"I'm trying to concentrate on getting as many goals and assists as I can. The main thing is to help the team get back to where they were last season."

At 21 years of age, he revealed he is ready to play every week and is thankful for the Blades opportunity.

"I feel I'm at a stage in my career where I'm ready to play week in, week out," he added.

"Going to Sheffield United was the right move because I didn't want to be sat on the bench at a Premier League team. I'm enjoying every minute of it."
