David Ginola was once banned and fined for stamping on an opponent and getting into a spat with the fourth official while playing for Aston Villa.
The Frenchman spent two years playing for Villa from 2000 to 2002 and made 41 appearances for the club after arriving from Tottenham Hotspur.
He received the third and final red card of his career during a 2-0 loss to Leicester City in December 2001 after he stamped on Foxes midfielder Dennis Wise.
Following his dismissal he got into a confrontation with fourth official Chris Wilkes and was later found guilty of misconduct by the FA.
Over a month after the incident, Ginola was handed a two-match ban and fined £22,000 for his actions at a hearing in Manchester.
Ginola refused to comment at the time but then PFA chairman Gordon Taylor said that the left winger was very disappointed with the outcome.
During his playing career, Ginola spent eight years playing in England with four different clubs including Newcastle United, Spurs and Everton.
Overall, the former France international made a total of 195 Premier League appearances and scored 22 goals along the way.

He was sent off two other times during his playing career, during a League Cup quarter-final defeat to Arsenal while playing for Newcastle and in a UEFA Cup tie against Anderlecht during his time at Paris Saint-Germain.
Since retiring, Ginola has regularly featured as a pundit during coverage of matches involving his former sides.
On Monday, it was announced that Ginola would be one of the contestants on this year's edition of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! as the full line-up was revealed.
The new series kicks off on Sunday on ITV, but Ginola's girlfriend Maeva Denat is cautious ahead of his appearance on the reality show.
Denat fears that her partner will suffer a fatal heart attack while on the show, with Ginola having had a cardiac arrest during a charity football match back in 2016.
