Aberdeen ‘linked’ with Robert Snodgrass swoop as Scott Brown helps try seal deal

ABERDEEN have been linked with a stunning swoop for Robert Snodgrass - if he decides to return to Scotland, according to reports.
The 34-year-old is available on a free transfer following his West Brom exit.
Stephen Glass has made the midfielder a key post-window target and skipper Scott Brown - who is close to Snoddy from their Scotland days - has helped make the sales pitch for a move north of the border claim the Daily Record.
However, they report that the former West Ham and Hull City star also has interest from clubs in the English Championship and if that turns into an offer he is likely to remain south.
But he is currently accessing his options before deciding his next move.
Should Snodgrass decide his future lies north then its claimed Hibs and Dundee would also be keen.
Glass revealed last week he is still in the market for a couple of out-of-contract players as he tries to convince them to move to the Granite City.
He said: "There's a couple of things out there, we're looking at the moment to see if we can do it and to see if we're attractive to those players."
