Jack Wilshere set to make AGF debut on Friday as he trains with new team-mates for first time since shock transfer

JACK WILSHERE is set to make his first start for new club Aarhus Gymnastikforening on Friday.
The ex-Arsenal midfielder joined the Danish side on Sunday and he's getting thrown straight into the deep end in the club's next game against Vejle BK, according to Sky Sports.
The 30-year-old hasn't played a competitive game since leaving Bournemouth last summer.
But he has been training with the Gunners over the last few months.
And while Wilshere admits he is short of match fitness, he hopes his work with Arsenal will stand him in good stead.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, he said: "I'm not fully match fit because I've not played, and the only way to get match fit is to play matches.
"But what I would say is I've been training for a long period of time with good players.
"I'm ready to play, I'm ready to be selected by the manager and I'm looking forward to it. As a footballer the best thing is playing games."
On Monday, the fallen England hero was seen rubbing shoulders with AGF's team members on the training pitch.
Wilshere was visibly determined to make an impression on his new team-mates.
I'm ready to play, I'm ready to be selected by the manager and I'm looking forward to it.

And the 34-cap England international later admitted he had 'stepped out of his comfort zone' to move to Denmark.
Speaking about his shock move at a press conference, he said: "It all happened really quick.
"I had a conversation with one of the coaches, David Reddington. He explained to me about the club, how good it is and how much I'd enjoy it.
"He worked with someone I worked with closely, Roy Hodgson, who I enjoyed working with.
"I knew Dave would have a similar way of doing things. Then I spoke with the head coach and really liked what they were saying.

"I always said that in my career I wanted to try something different. I think now was the right time to step out of my comfort zone, step out of England and try something different."
SunSport revealed this week that Wilshere will earn just £5,000-a-week at his new club, TWENTY times less than he was getting at West Ham just two years ago.
That sum means he won't even be the highest earner at his new side - with AGF's top earner said to be defender Frederik Tingager who earns around £6,700-per-week.
