Everton are reportedly interested in signing Barcelona goalkeeper Neto in the upcoming summer transfer market.

Everton are interested in signing Barcelona goalkeeper Neto, according to a report.

The Toffees have conceded 47 goals throughout this season in the Premier League, which is the fifth-worst defensive record in the entire division.

According to Sport, Everton are interested in bringing in Neto from Barcelona in the summer transfer market, but all of that will depend on whether the club remains in the top flight.

The 32-year-old goalkeeper is hoping to leave the Spanish club, which has been the case for a year and a half, but there have yet to be any interesting offers for him.

Barcelona have set an £11.7m price tag on the Brazilian, although it is believed that the club would be open to a loan deal with a purchase option added into it.

Everton will be back in action today against Newcastle United.
