Even my daughter is getting stick at school about THAT dive reveals red-faced Dundee star Charlie Adam

CHARLIE ADAM has held his hands up over his hilarious dive against St Johnstone - and revealed that even his DAUGHTER is getting grief about the incident from her fellow schoolkids.
Clips of the former Rangers, Scotland and Liverpool star flopping to earth in vain attempt to get a penalty against St Johnstone star Tom Sang went vial.
While the 36-year-old was rightly booked for the incident, the flak he has received has gone much further.
Even Gary Lineker got involved, with the Match of the Day host unimpressed with his theatrics and SunSport's Kris Boyd telling his former teammate to 'Get well soon'.
As Adam revealed to BBC Radio 5 Live, even his daughter's schoolfriends have had an opinion on it.
He said: "I've had loads of stick.

"Wherever I go, everybody asks about it.
"My daughter was in school the other day and even young kids in the class are saying, 'What happened to your dad falling over?'
"Some people see the funny side but looking back on it, it's not right and I've got to hold my hands up. It was wrong."
Dundee still have it all to do in their bid to escape the drop ahead of a huge clash with Aberdeen away tomorrow.

He added: "I could see the full-back coming towards me and I think he's going to foul me.
"I'm trying to 'buy the foul'.
"He never made the contact and then I've obviously gone down.
"It's not great. Hopefully we can move on and get a good result at the weekend."
