Celtic target Mohanad Jeahze has scored an absolute screamer for Hammarby amid claims that he will be heading to Glasgow soon.
The Bhoys have clinched the Scottish Premiership title and the attention will soon turn to new signings.
Ange Postecoglou will be desperate for quality additions in order to try and pull away from Rangers next season.
Add in that Celtic must improve in European action and Celtic do still need reinforcements this summer despite the title win.
Postecoglou will have a number of targets in mind and Jeahze appears to be a key target.
Celtic target Mohanad Jeahze has scored an absolute screamer
Last week, The Scottish Sun reported that Jeahze was closing in on a £2million move to Celtic.
The Hammarby left back has been linked with a move to Celtic for a few weeks now.
It seems that Celtic want to add another left back as competition for Greg Taylor.
Jeahze has emerged as the top target for that role although Hammarby have played down an imminent move.
Jeahze does appear to be on the Celtic radar though and they will have been impressed on Sunday afternoon.
Hammarby took on AIK in an enthralling 3-3 draw and Jeahze got himself on the scoresheet.
Not only did Jeahze score but his goal was a thing of beauty.
From a very narrow angle, Jeahze stepped up and curled a stunning left-footed strike into the roof of the net.
It wasn’t enough to give Hammarby the win but it was more than enough to get Celtic fans excited.
Seeing a deadly left-footed free kick taker will leave fans reminded of Shunsuke Nakamura’s brilliance in a Celtic shirt.
This makes Jeahze a completely different attacking threat to Taylor and Celtic may well look to get the Iraq international signed up before his price tag goes up with any more free kick goals.
