‘What are you doing?’ Erling Haaland roasts dad Alf-Inge for some suspect tackling and finishing in heart warming Man City video

Manchester City have released a video of former player Alf-Inge Haaland sharing some of his best and worst moments at the club with his son - their new signing Erling.
City confirmed the arrival of the younger Haaland on Monday and the Norwegian international will get a taste of Premier League action for the first time at West Ham on the opening weekend.
Watching his dad in action sparked both shock and laughter for Erling as he was taken on a trip down memory lane courtesy of Alf-Inge.
Visibly shocked by the level of tackling that went unpunished in a previous era, he showed his surprise as his dad freely admitted that he was a culprit.
Alf-Inge showed clips of what might be deemed reckless tackling in the modern game with robust challenges on Steve Stone, Paolo Di Canio and Robbie Savage.
But the challenge that struck a chord with Erling was Alfie’s rash lunge on Kevin Phillips.
“What are you doing?” Erling responded. “That's a red card."
To which his father replied: “It would be a red card now, luckily for me there was no VAR.”
“When I see these tackles, I think my career would end if you tackled all the time like this,” said Erling.
Further clips showed Alf-Inge putting in a shift for City during his three years at the club to which Erling looked impressed with his father’s efforts.
“I think the mentality and the hard work is something I have from him,” said the 21-year-old.
But admiration quickly turned to laughter when clips emerged of some of his dad's misses in front of goal.
In one clip, he somehow fails to score from two yards out, blaming it on the bad pitches, with Erling chuckling and reminding his dad who the prolific one is in the family.
“I have to say I’m a better finisher, I have to say this,” Erling said.
“But to be a kind of defender and midfielder, it's not bad, I’ve seen some nice goals from you. There was some nice misses from you as well, I have to say."
But Alf-Inge hit back saying: “I was a better defender than scoring goals but I still have 18 (goals) in the Premier League so I’m quite happy. Before you have 18 you can’t say anything.”
The video ends with a nice moment between the pair when Erling presents his dad with a City shirt displaying 'son' on the back in a throwback to the shirt Erling wore a kid with the words 'dad' on it.
