Paul Merson has warned Liverpool winger Luis Diaz in SportsKeeda, saying that the Anfield star will find it harder this season.
The former Arsenal star made the comments about Liverpool winger Diaz while discussing the Reds’ chances of winning the UEFA Champions League next season.
The Sky Sports pundit believes that the Colombia international is a “fantastic” player, but he thinks that the former FC Porto star will find it harder next season because opposition managers will know about him already now.
Diaz joined Liverpool from FC Porto in the 2022 January transfer window.
The Colombian star scored four goals and gave three assists in the Premier League, and scored two goals and provided one assist in the UEFA Champions League for Jurgen Klopp’s side during the second half of last season.
