Aston Villa ‘WITHDRAW £25m Ismaila Sarr transfer offer after failing to agree personal terms with Watford star’

ISMAILA SARR'S proposed move to Aston Villa from Watford is off.
The Hornets winger was expected to join Steven Gerrard's side after the two clubs agreed a deal over the weekend.
However, complications arose when it came to the payment structure as well as the personal terms on offer to Sarr, 24.
It is thought he was demanding wages of up to £90,000-a-week.
The transfer is has collapsed unless and Villa themselves have pulled the plug on the deal.
The transfer was set to cost Gerrard's side £25million.

Talks has been held between the two clubs regarding Kortney Hause and Cameron Archer joining the Championship side on loan but issues emerged.
Villa are set to make a decision over the 20-year-old striker's future in the coming days.
Sarr has featured in three of Watford's five games this season missing the last two perhaps hinting at a potential move.
The Senegalese ace can play on the right and left-wing and he netted five goals last season as Watford were relegated from the Premier League.

They paid Rennes around £30million for the 24-year-old's services back in 2019.
Rob Edwards' side were in danger of having their attack dismantled with Emmanuel Dennis already at Nottingham Forest and Joao Pedro attracting interest from Newcastle.
The Magpies have bid for him but all their offers have so far been turned down. Pedro also missed the last game but due to injury.
As for Villa, they have loaned out Bertrand Traore to Istanbul Basaksehir and will therefore be desperate to add attacking reinforcements.

Traore has featured only five times since Gerrard took over as manager starting just one game.
He didn't manage a goal last season after getting seven the campaign before.
The midlands side start to the season has not been great picking up just three points after some favourable fixtures and face fellow strugglers West Ham next.
