FOXES FELLED

Bournemouth 2 Leicester 1: Foxes throw away lead in nightmare four minutes as Billing and Christie seal comeback win

LEICESTER conceded two goals in four calamitous minutes to throw away a 1-0 lead at Bournemouth.

Brendan Rodgers’ side appeared on course for back to back wins when Patson Daka put the Foxes ahead on 10 minutes.

But Philip Billing equalised for the Cherries and Ryan Christie netted four minutes later to ensure Gary O’Neil is still yet to be beaten as caretaker boss.

While O'Neil looks a worthy candidate of getting the job on a full-time basis, the pressure is now well and truly back on Rodgers.

Monday's 4-0 win over rivals Nottingham Forest had felt like a turning point for the Foxes.

But Rodgers' side were brought crashing back down to earth on the South Coast.

Daka opened the scoring early on for the visitors, turning and finishing sharply after pinball in the Bournemouth box.

Billing then smashed home an equaliser after Dominic Solanke's blocked effort.

And Christie nabbed the winner, poking Solanke's knockdown past Danny Ward for his first Premier League goal.
