ANTHONY RALSTON has vowed that VAR won’t stop Celtic’s title charge.
The champions extended their lead to four points after their 4-3 win at Hearts on Saturday was halted by more than EIGHT minutes of video checks.

But Ralston claimed it wil take more than new technology to halt them.
He said: “Everything to do with VAR is outside noise to us, we’re just about focusing on the task at hand.
“The game never stops in our eyes, and that’s always a clear message we’ve got as a team — to keep going and to come away with nothing but the win.
“When the the ball goes out for a throw-in, a corner, a VAR stoppage, whatever it may be, we just stay 100 per cent committed and focused at all times.

“The stoppages while they make decisions don’t affect me.
“And I think I can speak on behalf of the boys and say it won’t affect them either.
“Yes, we’re going to have to adapt, because it’s in the game now and that’s not going to change.
“But I don’t see it affecting us at all.”

Postecoglou said: “I don’t like the standing about, though I’m probably a lone voice in terms of how I like it to be used.
“I just want minimal interference. It is no secret that our football is based around having the ball and playing the game for as long as possible.
“Standing around and waiting for stuff is just not great.
“We’re here to watch the football — we’re not here to wait for people to make decisions.
“Some people enjoy it. People will tell me that it was entertaining standing about waiting for somebody to whisper something in somebody’s ear.
“I can think of better forms of entertainment.
“People also assume everything’s going to be clear-cut.
“And I look forward to fellow managers accepting the fact that it’s not so.
“There are still human beings that are involved in the process.
“Everyone wants it to be an aid to the referees and hopefully they get all the decisions right.
