Jason Cummings channels WWE legend Triple H as he reveals his World Cup celebration – but it’s not going to plan

JASON CUMMINGS and wrestling have become somewhat synonymous after the striker's antics over the years - it's even how he earned his 'Cumdog' nickname.
And the former Hibs and Rangers man channelled one of the WWE's all-time greats as he showed-off his World Cup celebration!
The 26-year old is about to play on the game's grandest stage as he gets ready to represent Australia.
The former Scotland cap's superb form has landed him a spot in the Socceroos' 26-man squad for Qatar 2022.
He qualifies for Australia through his mother and was able to make the switch having only featured for Scotland in friendlies.
Cummings made his debut for his new nation in late September in a friendly against New Zealand.
He made his mark too, scoring from the penalty spot after coming on as a sub in a 2-0 win.
He's been in excellent goalscoring form since swapping Dundee for A-League side Central Coast Marines in January, so it's no surprise he's thinking about just how he might celebrate if he scores at the World Cup.
And he hasn't just thought about it - he's already showcasing what he's going to do!
A bizarre video surfaced in 2017 showing Cummings taking on Scots wrestling star Grado in a match at the Hibs training centre.
With his, then new, nickname "Cumdog" emblazoned across his chest, Cummings and Grado hilariously wreaked havoc in the canteen, the dressing room and beyond.
Given his previous wrestling 'experience,' it might come as little shock to see Cummings invoking a WWE legend for his planned World Cup goal celebration!
In a video posted by the Australian national team, Cummings can be seen channelling the famous entrance of nine-time WWE Champion Triple H.
The American wrestling legend famously used to walk to the ring before a match with a bottle of water, before drinking some of it and spraying it into the air as he entered the squared circle.
And that's exactly what Cummings is - at least attempting - to do if he scores in Qatar.
However, his first attempt at it doesn't exactly go to plan.
As he motions to spray the water from his mouth, Cummings instead manages to choke on it, bringing the attempt to a very quick halt.
He quickly manages to perfect it though and revealed that is there's water around when he scores - he'll be doing it again on the pitch!
He told the Socceroos channel: "For the celebration there, I was going to do the Triple H.
"And I had too much water. Just a bit choked.
"I've got the celebration, obviously, all ready to go.
"If there's water at the side then the Triple H is coming out for sure, brother."
Cummings and an SPFL-heavy Aussie side that includes the likes of Martin Boyle and Cammy Devlin take on defending world champions France on Tuesday in their Group D opener.
They'll then face Tunisia and Denmark in their other opening phase clashes in Qatar.
