Now the third January transfer is confirmed with Brazilian side Vasco de Gama confirming that highly thought of midfielder Andrey Santos has moved to the Premier League giants for a fee reported to be £13 million.

18-year-old Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos has completed a move to Premier League side Chelsea, his club Vasco da Gama have confirmed.
Santos has been linked with Chelsea for some time and a deal was expected to be completed this window. Vasco have confirmed the move.
The fee is undisclosed but is reported to be £13 million. It is expected that Santos will either go into the club's development squad or be sent out on loan for experience.
Santos becomes Chelsea's third signing of the January window after David Datro Fofana and Benoit Badiashile, who arrived from Molde and Monaco respectively.
He is also the third young midfielder signed by the club in the past two windows, following on from the arrivals of Cesare Casadei from Inter Milan and Carney Chukwuemeka, who came in from Aston Villa.
Following on from the 1-0 defeat to Manchester City on Thursday evening, Chelsea have dropped to tenth in the Premier League under Graham Potter.
They are 19 points behind league leaders Arsenal and ten points behind fourth-placed Manchester United.
