Juventus 'interested' in Man City full-back Sergio Gomez and more transfer rumours
Sergio Gomez signed for Man City from Anderlecht on a four-year deal in August of this year.
Manchester City left-back Sergio Gomez is reportedly a summer transfer target for Italian giants Juventus as they prepare for life without Alex Sandro.
As reported by Italian outlet Calciomercato web (via SI), Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri wants Gomez to replace Brazilian defender Sandro, who might not renew his contract when it expires in June. The report also claims that Inter Milan are monitoring the 22-year-old, with the Blues said to be demanding at least £35million for the player they signed in the summer.
Gomez has struggled for game time at the Etihad since arriving from Anderlecht on a four-year deal in August of this year. The Spaniard has made just 13 appearances in all competitions, with just seven of those coming as a starter. He has played just 106 minutes of Premier League football for Pep Guardiola's side.

According to the Athletic, the left-back is 'not yet trusted' to start matches for City. He was also sent off against Copenhagen in a goalless draw in a Champions League group game in October.
Elsewhere, The Sun has reported that Southampton are plotting another raid on City's academy stars after signing Romeo Lavia, Gavin Bazunu and Sam Edozie from the Blues last year.
The report claims that the Saints want to sign midfielder Kian Breckin, 19, and 18-year-old winger Portuguese Carlos Borges. It also adds that Academy director Jason Wilcox is currently weighing up a lucrative offer to become Southampton's Director of Football.
Both Breckin and Borges signed their first professional contracts last year and have impressed for the youth side in Premier League 2 this season.
City made £40million by selling Lavia, Bazuna and Edozie - and the club have a buyback option for each player. The Saints also attempted to sign Liam Delap last summer, and were interested in taking him on loan for the remainder of this campaign before he joined Preston.
