Wolves receive 'smart' transfer response as Pablo Sarabia signing announced
The latest Wolves transfer news as Julen Lopetegui continues to add to his squad ahead of the FA Cup clash against Liverpool
Wolves have completed the signing of Spain international Pablo Sarabia from Paris Saint-Germain.
The 30-year-old winger joins Wolves on a two-and-a-half year contract to reunite with Julen Lopetegui. Lopetegui coached Sarabia during his time in charge of Spain's youth teams.
Sarabia comes with an excellent scoring record at previous clubs Sevilla, PSG and Sporting, where he starred on loan alongside Matheus Nunes last season. Sarabia netted 21 goals for Sporting in all competitions last season.
Wolves have paid an initial £4.5million to secure Sarabia's services, but the deal could rise to around £6m in add-ons. Sarabia should be able to make his Wolves debut against Manchester City on Sunday.
