West Ham are reportedly looking to challenge Everton for Atalanta forward Duvan Zapata but the Hammers may have an advantage in their pursuit.

According to the Daily Mail, the Hammers have joined the race to sign the 31-year-old and have a slight advantage in the hunt for the Colombian as he prefers a move to London.

Steve Cooper's Nottingham Forest are also said to be interested in the attacker as they look to continue adding reinforcements to their squad in a bid to avoid falling into the Championship at the first time of asking.
