Fans say Crewe's Wakey Wines transfer announcement video deserves 'instant relegation'
Football League fans want Crewe Alexandra to be automatically relegated following a transfer announcement video that channeled TikTok famous Prime sellers Wakey Wines
Crewe Alexandra's parody transfer announcement video based on TikTok famous Prime sellers Wakey Wines has not gone down well with fans - who want an automatic relegation.
The 11 second video, in which new loan signing from Southampton Ryan Finnigan stands in a newsagents, features the same questions as the viral Wakey Wines clips - with a slight alteration.
When asked where he is from Finnigan explains that he has come from Southampton on a temporary deal, jokingly storming out when asked what is the best shop in Crewe.

The clip has not gone down well with everyone on social media, with some tongue-in-cheek rivals suggesting a relegation into the National League should follow.
One social media user wrote: "This deserves instant relegation." A second agreed: "These need kicking out the @EFL right now!"
However, there were those that liked the announcement, writing: "Think this is genius. It will get attention from all over!"

A second added: "This is what we need. This is the signing videos we need."
Those rival fans might well get their wish of relegation with Crewe sat 17th in League Two following seven wins from 24 matches with Lee Bell now in charge, having finished bottom of League One last season.
Wakey Wines, the social media handle of Wakefield Wine liquor store, went viral for the selling of KSI and Logan Paul's Prime energy drink, for far higher than RRP.
Speaking of the situation on talkSPORT, YouTuber turned rapper and boxer KSI said: "I didn’t expect it to be this insane to the point that people are paying £100 for a can of Prime or £25 for a bottle of Prime hydration, it’s going crazy."
Then added: "There's a guy called 'Wakey Wines' and I don’t know if it’s a joke or not, but either way it’s terrible practice.
"People want to try these drinks and they have not got the chance to try the drinks."
