Napoli vs Cremonese live: Kvarateskhelia strike hands Champions elect the lead

The second goal killed the game, the third has completely taken the wind out of Cremonese

Diego Demme replaces Lobotka. It's just his fourth appearance of the season in Serie A

The Georgian is withdrawn, as is Lozano. They're replaced by Giacomo Raspadori and Tanguy Ndombele

The substitute could barely have made a better introduction! He bursts forward before passing to Di Lorenzo. The substitute returns the lay-off, and Elmas smashes home from inside the box. Game. Over.

Christian Acella comes on for his Serie A debut, replacing Soualiho Meite

The ball sits up for Felix Afena-Gyan on the corner of the box, but he can't repeat his Coppa Italia heroics, smashing high and wide

He leaves a nasty tackle on Osimhen and gets cautioned

He tries to nod down towards Osimhen in the box, but it's just about cleared

Napoli make their first changes. Rui and Zielinski are off, replaced by Eljif Elmas and Mathias Olivera

Cremonese immediately attack down the left, but substitute Valeri smashes his effort well wide

Well that will kill it off once and for all! Carnesecchi made a stunning save initially to push away Di Lorenzo's header, but Napoli work the ball back to Osimhen who literally cannot miss as he basically taps home on the goal line

I have to say, this second period hasn't had anything like the buzz of the first. Perhaps that goal before the break has killed things off?

Pickel and Frank Tsadjout are replaced by Ciofani and Michele Castagnetti

I think it's fair to say the Champions Elect haven't hit their stride as of yet in this second half. They'll be keen to get a second to put the game to bed
