Watford have sacked Slaven Bilic six-months after they appointed the Croatian - and the Hornets will turn to Chris Wilder.
The Hornets are currently ninth in the Championship, but they've only won one of their last five games. However, despite their poor run of form, Watford are only four points off the playoffs - as they look to return to the Premier League.
“We are all ambitious to succeed this season, so something new is needed quickly while the opportunity of promotion is still real. With the January transfer window over, to change coach is the only option available to re-energise for the final games ahead," said technical director Ben Manga.

Watford have now been through five managers over the past two seasons - with Wilder set to become the sixth.
Rob Edwards remains to have the shortest reign over that period, with Claudio Ranieri second and Bilic third. According to The Athletic, Wilder is already in talks with Watford, having been sacked by Middlesbrough in October.
After a 0-0 draw with Preston over the weekend, Bilic admitted his future was in doubt. He said: "I’ve got a job to do and that’s what I can have an influence on. The rest is not in my hands, or my control, or my decision.

“It was pretty poor. I expected better than that and much more from us.
"We couldn’t get on the ball, we were weak in the good situations, weak in 50:50, we couldn’t get stability, and control of the game.”
