Crystal Palace are likely to be without four players when they face Southampton this weekend, including Wilfried Zaha and Vicente Guaita.

The Eagles are on a two-game win streak having beaten Leicester City and Leeds United in recent weeks, increasing their chances of avoiding relegation to the Championship.

Roy Hodgson's side are now six points clear of the relegation zone with eight games remaining, the former England manager unbeaten since returning to the club during the last international break.

Ahead of Saturday's tie against the league's bottom club, Palace are unlikely to get anyone back who missed the 5-1 victory over Leeds on Sunday.

Wilfried Zaha is not expected back from his groin strain until the end of April, having picked up the injury in the 2-1 win over the Foxes.

Hodgson is also expected to be without full-back Nathan Ferguson as he works his way back from a long-term injury that has kept him out of the entirety of the 2022/23 campaign to date, while summer signing Chris Richards' involvement could be a game-time decision.

The American defender returned to training following a knock last week but was unable to make the trip to Elland Road, is last involvement coming back in February in the 1-1 draw vs Brentford.

Goalkeeper Guaita will also miss the trip to St Mary's as he continues his recovery from the calf injury sustained after the Foxes win.
