Antonio Colak 'set' for Rangers transfer exit but Ryan Jack on verge of penning new Ibrox deal

Colak has struggled to make an impact under Beale and it's believed Rangers are open to offers this summer.

Antonio Colak is reportedly set to leave Rangers this summer - but Ryan Jack is expected to sign a new contract.

The Ibrox side are set for a major overhaul as Michael Beale looks to bridge the gap to Celtic who stand just one win away from a Treble. There have been improvements since Beale's arrival but they have fallen further behind their rivals and know they need to make serious changes this summer to turn things around.

Beale has confirmed Alfredo Morelos will be leaving when his contract expires in the summer while Ryan Kent also looks to be on the way out. Midfielder Jack is another player whose deal is up but the Scottish Sun report he is "on the verge" of penning a new deal. That comes after Beale said earlier this season he'd love the experienced playmaker to stay and he's expected to be a key part of the squad next season.

The same can't be said for Colak though as the Sun say the club have opened the door to him leaving. He started the season as Gio van Bronckhorst's main striker but has struggled for fitness recently and it's claimed Beale is prepared to cut ties. The Croatian has just three goals under Beale and while it's believed Rangers knocked back bids from Germany and the US in January, they are open to selling him this summer to raise funds.

It's not reported whether Colak is pushing for a move himself but it's understood he'd be keen on a move to Germany if an offer transpired.
