'Massive' - Andy Cole names his Manchester United Player of the Year

Manchester United's campaign is drawing to a close and fans have been discussing who should be crowned their Player of the Season

Andy Cole believes Marcus Rashford should win Manchester United's Player of the Season award.

Erik ten Hag's side have one Premier League match left to play and sit fourth in the table. United need only one point to guarantee qualification for the Champions League after Liverpool's dropped points against Aston Villa.

A top-four finish and a Carabao Cup triumph would be a successful season for United, with possible glory in the FA Cup on the cards too. A win for the Reds on June 3 would also deny Manchester City a chance to emulate United's 1999 treble.

Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martinez and Casemiro are other obvious candidates for the award. Martinez and Casemiro have both impressed in their debut seasons in English football while Shaw has been a consistent performer for Ten Hag at left back and, when required, at centre half.
