Fiorentina closed off their Serie A campaign with a 3-1 away win over Sassuolo on Friday night.
The visitors took the lead through Arthur Cabral's close range finish a minute into the second-half before Domenico Bernardi got Sassuolo level from the penalty spot.
Fiorentina earned all three points with two late quick-fire goals by Riccardo Saponara and Nicolas Gonzalez.
They will take on West Ham in the Europa Conference League final on Wednesday.
'I have nothing to do with all this, I just put in the money,' owner Rocco Commisso told DAZN, remarking on a season which includes two cup finals.

'The compliments should go to the players and the coach. This season they played 60 games, that had never happened in the history of Fiorentina.
'And yet we finished only six points worse off than last term in Serie A, we played one Final and are going to play another. I think this year has gone very well.'
Fiorentina were beaten by Inter Milan in the Coppa Italia Final last week but will head to Prague to take on West Ham with renewed optimism.
'I didn't think we could get here so quickly,' Commisso added.
'I always urged everyone to have patience. We started the first year with difficulties, the second also went badly, but the last two have been very strong. I thank everyone who works at Fiorentina, from the smallest to the biggest, including these great fans.
'As far as I am concerned, these lads are all like children. My job is to hug them when they win and when they lose. This is what I am trying to communicate to the team and the directors, that Fiorentina is a big family.'
