Ex-Celtic starlet Liam Morrison finds new club as Bayern Munich defender joins Barry Hepburn in loan exit

LIAM MORRISON has joined Wigan Athletic on loan from Bayern Munich.
The Scotland under-21 star has signed a season-long deal with Shaun Maloney’s League One side.
Morrison, 20, started out at Celtic and is ready for first-team action after playing for Bayern’s B side last term.
He joins Barry Hepburn in heading out on loan after the fellow Bundesliga youngster sealed his season-long deal with Scottish Championship side Queens Park.
Morrison said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be here. I can’t wait to get started and play at this massive stadium in front of all the Wigan fans.
“For me, it’s important to start getting first-team football at my age.
