Kyogo and Celtic team-mate push the pace at Vissel Kobe training as star man draws a crowd

The Parkhead idol is lauded in his homeland and once again made sure to pop in and link up with his old team-mates.

He is the man who never forgets his roots and Kyogo brought a Celtic friend with him upon his emotional return to Vissel Kobe training.

Celtic's top scorer was joined by Yuki Kobayashi who returned to the former he club he left back in January for his own adventure in Glasgow.


And the returning duo were able to draw a crowd as punters were keen to catch a glimpse of the alumni. Kyogo spoke last week and admitted his effort en route to Treble glory were taxing, however, he appeared sprightly as both he and Kobayashi performed light training duties back at their old stomping ground.

And a new adventure awaits the duo upon their return to Glasgow as Brendan Rodgers ushers in a new era after Ange Postecoglou's exit.
