Hibs discover Europa Conference League opponents after Andorran and Faroese minnows face off

HIBS face a trip to Andorra in their Europa Conference League opener after Inter Club d'Escaldes squeezed past Faroese outfit Vikingur.
The Andorran outfit had a 2-1 lead from the first match as they went into tonight's second leg, and they stretched their advantage courtesy of Sascha Andreu's goal just after the hour mark.
Their Gota-based semi pro hosts came roaring back, though, courtesy of Sølvi Vatnhamar's penalty with quarter of an hour remaining.
It's been a week of big wins for Faroese sides in Europe this week but the goal was to no avail with no further scoring despite TEN minutes of injury time - meaning it is the Andorran outfit who will face the meeting with Lee Johnson's Hibees.
Both sides qualified for this year’s tournament by finishing second in their respective leagues.
Inter Club d’Escaldes lost out to rivals Atlètic d'Escaldes by just two points.

They reached the Second Qualifying Round of last year’s Conference League, losing out to Romanians Cluj.
But they've reached the same stage this time around by gaining revenge over Vikingur, who beat them in the Champions League Preliminary round a year ago.
