Erling Haaland had a characteristically playful exchange with the Sky Sports punditry panel after he got his second season in the Premier League underway with a brace in Manchester City's 3-0 win against Burnley.
Having helped City put Vincent Kompany's side to the sword on the opening night of the Premier League season, Haaland was in high spirits as he reflected on the win for his team.
After giving the Burnley defence a torrid evening, he soon had Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville on their toes as well.
As Carragher tried to discuss the striker's second goal of the game, Haaland seemed baffled by the former Liverpool defender's accent.
After presenter Kelly Cates helped explain the situation to the 23-year-old, Carragher was quick to dismiss the Norwegian's hopes of a career in the media after his playing days are over.

He had earlier put the Burnley defence to the sword with two first-half goals in the opening game of the Premier League season

Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher have become renown for their light-hearted approch to punditry
He said: 'You are a great goal scorer, you'll never be a pundit.'
Haaland was equally sharp with his response, saying: 'Thank you for that mate. Appreciate that.'
There was no ill feeling between the pair as the interview drew to a close, but the City man did have a surprise in store for former Manchester United captain Neville on his way off the pitch.
As Haaland made his way back to the dressing room, he gave Neville a slap on the back without breaking his stride.
Neville initially flinched before seeing the funny side of the exchange.
It was a world away from the heated back and forth Haaland endured with his own manager at half-time, as Pep Guardiola appeared to berate the forward in full view of the Sky cameras before he ushered them away.
The City boss quashed any suggestions of a falling out after the game though, meaning Haaland wasn't taking any frustration out on Neville with the slap.
