Ansu Fati transfer chance


Tottenham are on "red alert" over the possibility of signing Barcelona winger Ansu Fati in the summer transfer window, reports the Daily Mail. It comes off the back of a report from AS which claims that the youngster is pushing to leave the Blaugrana in the coming weeks.


It remains to be seen how much the Catalonian outfit value Fati at in the market, given his deal still has four-years remaining plus the club option of an extra two-years.

Fabio Paratici replacement


Tottenham are considering a move for Barcelona director of football Mateu Alemany this summer as part of a rework to their recruitment team.

According to recent reports, the Spanish executive is an option to become a director with Spurs when he leaves Barca in September, replacing Fabio Paratici. Alemany had been linked with a switch to Aston Villa earlier this window, but turned it down and planned to stay with the Blaugrana.

Manchester United injury blow

Manchester United could be without Argentina centre-back Lisandro Martinez for the impending Premier League showdown against Tottenham.

Martinez, who has been a stand-out performer at Old Trafford and beyond since his high-profile transfer from Ajax last summer, suffered a knock to his ankle during their 1-0 victory over Wolves on Monday night. United were quite fortunate to win that game; one that was shrouded in VAR controversy.
