Bournemouth have signed Tyler Adams from Leeds after meeting his £20million release clause.
The USA captain has put pen to paper on a five-year deal and joins Andoni Iraola's side as their seventh signing of the summer.
He had been close to joining Chelsea earlier this month after the Blues triggered his release clause but they were unable to come to a full agreement with Leeds and the transfer was called off.
Aged 24, the midfielder was accumulated an array of experience at New York Red Bulls, RB Leipzig, and Leeds, also captaining the USA as they reached the last 16 of the 2022 World Cup.
He was one of the few bright sparks for Leeds last campaign as they suffered relegation from the Premier League.

Andoni Iraola is attempting to change the way Bournemouth play and the club have been seven signings this summer
AFC Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake said: 'We're thrilled to have brought Tyler to the club and he is a player we've admired for a long time.
'It's been widely documented how much his talents have been recognised in this transfer window by other clubs, so to have him sign for AFC Bournemouth shows the ambition we have as a club.
'Tyler is an exciting player who possesses plenty of experience for someone that is just 24 years of age and we're looking forward to working with him as he's a player we know will be a great addition to our squad.'
While most English fans will know him most for his stint at Elland Road, he was a huge part of Leipzig's success in the Bundesliga between 2019 and 2022.
He featured in their 2022 DFB-Pokal final win and played for them in the Champions League, scoring the winning goal against Atletico Madrid in the quarter-finals in 2020 to send them to the last four, where they fell to PSG.
