Rangers transfer exit bulletin as Hagi set for Spain, Kamara trigger pushed and Beale prediction comes true

The duo on the Rangers periphery are set to depart from Glasgow shortly.

Glen Kamara is closing in on a move to Leeds United as he prepares to bring the curtain down on his Rangers career - and Ianis Hagi is poised for the sunshine.

The Finnish midfielder has not been part of a senior matchday squad this season as he looks to continue his career elsewhere. And the former Arsenal youngster is poised to head south of the border again, as transfer guru Fabrizio Romano claims the English Championship side have 'submitted' an official bid and the player has already 'accepted' the move away from the Premiership. The deal is in the final stages with Rangers and Leeds and is expected to be completed next week.

Another mover from Ibrox looks to be Ianis Hagi, according to the Athletic. It's claimed La Liga side Alaves are 'close' to sealing a season-long loan move that has no loan fee or option to buy involved in the deal. A medical 'has been scheduled.' He expressed his playing time frustration after a recent Viaplay Cup win over Greenock Morton. Hagi ruptured both his anterior crucial ligament and medial cruciate ligament in January 2022 and returned in January this year but has only started four times since.

Both Kamara and Hagi exits play into boss Michael Beale's post-match prediction following Saturday's 2-0 win over Ross County. He anticipated there would be some departures before next week's deadline.

Beale said on Sky: "We have a really big squad so naturally one or two might look to go and get football, whether that's one or two of the younger ones or it's been reported Glen Kamara might move and he's not been involved.

"Ianis we have been speaking about missed out on the squad today (Saturday). As the week goes, something could happen, but as it stands now it will be more outs than ins for sure."
