‘A few are stinking’ – Lyndon Dykes calls out Scotland team-mates ahead of Cyprus and England get together

LYNDON DYKES is preparing to bring his A-game to fire Scotland over the line in European Championship qualifiers against Cyprus this week.
After bringing a bit of MOLLY'S GAME to the Scotland camp.
The QPR hitman is an injury doubt but has gone from penalty box predator to card shark in Steve Clarke's squad.
His games of POKER have exploded with around half his team-mates participating - and the close-knit pack has tightened their strong bond together and are ready to go 'all-in' against Cyprus on Friday.
The ex-Livingston ace said: "Our team is so well connected everyone gets on with everyone and I recently started a little poker group - it’s thriving.
"We’ve been popping some cards - last time there were 12 or 15 of us.

"We're now talking about putting two tables of card games on. We have the music pumping and it was just a great vibe.
"It was my idea - we’re bringing a bit of Molly’s Game in - it’s Dykes’ game."
And asked by BBC Scotland's Football Pass who's been dealt the best hand and whose chips were down, Dykes played his joker and said: "It’s definitely not Billy Gilmour that's for sure!
"I’d put myself up there, I think I’m pretty good. Kenny Maclean’s good.

"A few boys are alright and a few boys are stinking - it evens itself out!"
After raising the stakes around the card table Dykes says Scotland are aiming to stay on top of the one table that really matters and take their games to Germany next summer.
He said: "We want to keep our run going - it’s been an amazing start we’ve had to the campaign.
"Every game is difficult but we’ve put ourselves in a good position which is a nice place to be but it doesn’t mean we can sit back and relax.
"The fans expect us to keep pushing, we do as players and the manager does too."
Dykes has brought goals, and cards, to the party but he has emerged as an injury doubt ahead of the double header after missing three straight games for the London-based Rs.
But he's keen to take the bragging rights back to Loftus Road after the Auld Enemy clash too.
He added: "It’s never a friendly against England and we’re going out there to smash each other and make sure we win."
