Rangers hero DELETES Celtic disallowed goal Instagram post as angry fans say ‘read the room’

RANGERS star Kemar Roofe deleted an Instagram post of him scoring that controversial disallowed goal against Celtic on Sunday - after Gers fans took him to task.
The effort - ruled out by Don Robertson after he was asked to consult VAR - was the main talking point of Sunday's Old Firm derby.
The Ibrox side have demanded answers from the SFA over the incident - presumably on their definition of a 'clear and obvious error'.
Roofe has played his way back into Michael Beale's plans after a lengthy lay-off and looked sharp as he thought he had opened the scoring on the day.
And he shared a series of images of the goal on his Instagram account without comment.
The consensus amongst fans seemed to be, though, that he shouldn't have been sharing pictures of a goal which never was - and a game in which the Ibrox side ultimately lost.

One fan wrote: "Get this doon the goal got chopped aff and we lost."
Another said: "That just sums up the mentality in the squad."
A third said: "Read the room ffs. Should be f***ing gutted right now not posting needless s**** on social media."
And Roofe appeared to take the criticism to heart - judging by the fact that the post was removed shortly afterwards.
