Italy midfielder Marco Verratti has been left out of PSG's UEFA official list of players who can play in the Champions League group stage this season.
The move means it is increasingly likely that Verratti will join Qatari side Al-Arabi, despite reportedly making a U-turn on his decision to head to the Middle East earlier this summer.
According to RMC Sport, PSG are desperate to offload the veteran midfielder, who has been at the club for over a decade.
Verratti was reportedly told earlier in the summer by boss Luis Enrique that he was surplus to requirements and he should look for pastures new.
Enrique has since lived up to his word as the 30-year-old has not appeared in a matchday squad at all so far this season.

Verratti has 49 goal contributions in 276 Ligue 1 appearances, and has registered three goals and nine assists in the Champions League.
The Italian is coming off the back of a trophyladen PSG career, winning nine Ligue 1 titles, nine French Super Cups and making one Champions League Final appearance.
Alongside Verratti, striker Hugo Ekitike has also reportedly been left off the list, with PSG angry at his rejection of a move to Eintracht Frankfurt.
The France youth international was also told he was no longer wanted in the French capital but denied a move to the Bundesliga, putting into jeopardy PSG's move for Nantes' Randal Kolo Muani.
