Jordan Pickford - 7
Was razor sharp off his line to thwart any potential danger, and after having very little to do, he produced a superb save to deny Keifer Moore with just 10 minutes remaining. Will also be delighted to keep his first clean sheet of the season.
Ashley Young - 7
Best performance of the season so far. Repaid his manager's faith by sticking by him despite calls to start Nathan Patterson. Comfortable in possession and showed real discipline after picking up an early booking.
James Tarkowski - 7
Dominated the aerial battles with Dominic Solanke and his distribution was much improved from last weekend. He also showed the sort of composure that has been lacking in his recent displays.
Jarrad Branthwaite - 8
Another superb performance from the young centre-back. He's fast becoming one of the rising stars of the Premier League. He was composed on the ball and strong in the tackle; he didn't put a foot wrong.

Vitalii Mykolenko -7
Produced the sort of display that you want to see on a weekly basis. He was defensively solid and tried to offer an attacking outlet when he could. Also linked up with Dwight McNeil to create a number of openings.
Dwight McNeil - 8
Superb from the first whistle. He was a constant threat, and his early pressing helped set the tone for what was to come. His cross to Jack Harrison for Abdoulaye Doucoure's goal was inch-perfect.
Amadou Onana - 7
Grew into the game after getting a late shout to start in place of Idrissa Gueye. Produced a superb tackle on Ryan Christie to prevent a Bournemouth breakaway with his side 1-0 up.
James Garner - 8
Everton's man of the match and the best player on the pitch, as he showed why he should be playing in midfield every week. He deservingly opened the scoring, but his goal came as a result of his own hard work. Pressed relentlessly all game.
Abdoulaye Doucoure - 7
Another who pressed from the front really well. Also helped create two really good chances with some nice, neat link-up play. Deservedly got his name on the scoresheet and should have had another.
Jack Harrison - 8
Superb after a slow start. He took his goal really well and offered Everton a balance to their side that they haven't had this season. The fitter he gets, the better he will become.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin - 8
Led the line superbly well. Forced the Bournemouth backline into numerous mistakes and was a constant threat. Twice went close before being replaced. Everton are just a far better side with him leading the line.
