World Cup winner, prolific striker and Bebe - 10 players you forgot played for Manchester United
How many of these players can you remember playing for Man United?

Manchester United's illustrious history is packed with memorable names.
But there have also been a few forgettable faces that have pulled on the famous red shirt during the Premier League era. For every Ryan Giggs or Wayne Rooney there has been a player who has failed to make the grade, and whose name could make even the most ardent United fans question whether they actually represented the club.
The club will be hoping they avoid any such transfer errors as they continue to mould their squad under the guidance of Erik ten Hag, who is continuing to put his stamp on the side he inherited in 2022. Ten Hag has added the likes of Andre Onana, Rasmus Hojlund and Mason Mount to his squad and will be hoping they can positively impact the side in the long term.
But even some of United's most successful managers have had some misses in the transfer market, signing players who failed to make the grade at Old Trafford - even if they went on to shine in the game after moving elsewhere.
From Premier League winners to World Cup winners, MEN Sport looks at some of the names you may have forgotten represented Manchester United since the Premier League's inception:
Erik Nevland
The Norwegian striker enjoyed a fine Premier League spell with Fulham between 2008 and 2010, but it wasn't his first taste of England's top flight.
Nevland joined the Reds from Viking in 1997 but made only one league appearance before rejoining his former club in 2000.

Tosic signed for United in 2009 after impressing for Partizan Belgrade, yet his time at Old Trafford was a struggle.
The winger made just two Premier League appearances across two seasons for the club before joining FC Koln on loan.
A permanent exit came in 2010 when Tosic joined CSKA Moscow, and the Serbia international is still playing today - currently plying his trade at Greek side Lamia.

The Senegal international drew admiring glances from a number of clubs in the summer of 2009 after impressing at Molde, but it was United who sealed his signature.
After being loaned back to his former club, Diouf's return to Manchester yielded just five Premier League appearances and a solitary goal - which came against Burnley.
3 of 10Danny Drinkwater
While best remembered for his spell at Leicester City, Drinkwater began his career at Old Trafford.
He was highly regarded within the club's youth set-up after joining in 1999, but the midfielder spent four spells away from the club on loan before joining Leicester on a permanent basis in 2012.
Despite making the bench for the first team, Drinkwater never made a senior appearance for United.
