Nicolas Raskin leaves Rangers boss Philippe Clement sweating amid long term injury fears

RANGERS are still sweating over the major injury concern surrounding Nicolas Raskin.
The Belgian midfield ace was stretchered-off during Sunday's dramatic 2-1 win over Hearts at Ibrox with an ankle injury.
Raskin has been confirmed out of tomorrow's trip to Dundee in a fresh injury blow for Rangers who have just welcomed back several players from the sidelines.
Todd Cantwell is back playing after six weeks out, while Kieran Dowell and Jose Cifuentes were both back in the match day squad at the weekend.
Tom Lawrence is also on his way back after his latest spell out but isn't ready to return to action just yet.
But for now at least, manager Philippe Clement will be forced to do without one of his main men.

Raskin, 22, was injured in the act of taking a shot during the clash with the Jambos.
Although he managed to initially get to his feet, the Belgium under-21 star went back down and had to be stretchered-off in the 63rd minute.
Raskin looked visibly gutted with his head in his hands as he was taken off to be replaced by Scott Wright.
Exactly how long he will be out for remains to be seen and Clement has been left clinging-on to hope it could be a short-term issue amid fears of a longer spell on the sidelines.

What is for certain is that Raskin is OUT of tomorrow match against the Dee.
Confirming the ankle issue, Clement said: "Raskin is not in the squad for tomorrow, he was doing good things so it is a pity.
"I hope it is short term, we will see in the next couple of days."
The Gers boss also revealed that John Souttar is out of the clash at Dens Park.
The defender, who was an unused sub against Hearts at the weekend, has what's been described as a small muscle problem.
Rangers are also without striker Kemar Roofe once again.
The luckless frontman looked to have got over months and months of injury woe but is once again sidelined.
Speaking ahead of the Hearts clash, Clement vowed to get to the bottom of the persistent issues with Roofe's fitness.
And the striker has been spotted alongside a man known in Belgium as the "miracle doctor" as he bids to fix his recurring injury woes.
Speaking on Roofe last week, Clement said: "The next weeks we need to take a really good look at that because he has been struggling for a long time with the same things.

"So it's important to find out what the reason is for that, not always just to get him fit for the next game then struggling again afterwards but not really getting him to the cause of the problem.
"I can do a lot of things but I am not a doctor, I didn't study that long. We first need to make a really good assessment how he can be back a long time back, not a short time back. We need to get him really fit."
