Lewis Dunk substituted during Brighton win with injury hours after England call-up

Lewis Dunk was substituted at half-time of Brighton's Europa League win over Ajax with an apparent groin injury.
The Seagulls captain went to ground towards the end of the first-half in Amsterdam as the visitors led 1-0.
Dunk appeared to have done something to his groin and was OK to play for the remaining moments of the opening 45 minutes.
However, Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi opted to make a change for the second-half and the centre-back was brought off for Igor.
Such an injury could prove to be a big blow for Dunk's chances of playing for England once again next week.
He was named in Gareth Southgate's squad for their upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia.
