Less than 24 hours on from completely losing his cool, Erling Haaland can already see the funny side of it.

The Manchester City superstar is reportedly facing an FA charge due to his furious reaction at the end of a 3-3 draw against Tottenham.

With the score level in stoppage time, Haaland was fouled, but got straight back up to fire a glorious pass over the Spurs defence and into the path of Jack Grealish.

Referee Simon Hooper played advantage as the Norwegian regained his footing, but then changed his mind and called the free-kick back before Grealish could run at the Spurs goal.

Photographers had a field day taking snaps of a raging Haaland, and he's now been able to join in with the fun.

Someone had the brilliant idea to edit Haaland's face onto Edvard Munch's iconic paining 'The Scream' and managed to get a reply from the striker.

"Wtf that made me smile for the first time today," he wrote on X referencing his tweet about the decision on Sunday.

The 23-year-old had earlier re-posted a clip of the moment, and added the caption 'Wtf'.

He did so only minutes after the game had finished, presumably seeing the moment for the first time on social media in the team dressing room.

Haaland vented at Hooper straight after the call, and received a yellow card for his transgression.

Then, at full-time, he angrily stormed off of the pitch, bumping into a Spurs player before appearing to swear in his opponent's direction.
