Everton will find out whether the Premier League has any concerns over their latest financial dealings in the coming fortnight.
The Blues were hit with a 10-point penalty in November after being found guilty of breaking profit and sustainability rules by an independent commission.
Top-flight clubs were given a December 31 deadline to hand in details of their accounts for the football financial year ending in the summer of 2023. The deadline was brought forward as part of efforts to deal with profit and sustainability concerns at an earlier stage, with any case arising against a club to be dealt with by the end of this season.
And there have been reports that Everton, along with Nottingham Forest, could be charged.
We'll have the latest on that plus the latest transfer gossip with Fulham midfielder Harrison Reed said to be a player who is admired by the Blues.
One midfielder Sean Dyche will be desperate to get back is Abdoulaye Doucoure. We're sure to hear the latest on Doucoure and Everton's other injured players when manager Dyche holds his press conference at 1.30pm.

Everton could be in line for January transfer window cash boost
Everton could benefit should a former Blue seal a move during the January transfer window.

Crystal Palace without Michael Olise for Everton clash
Crystal Palace are set to be without several players for their FA Cup tie with Everton on Thursday night.
Palace halted their run of eight games without a win against Brentford on Saturday, with forward Michael Olise scoring a brace in the 3-1 victory. However, the talismanic winger picked up a hamstring problem in the final moments of the game and Hogson hs ruled him out for the game against Everton.
“As you probably saw in the game against Brentford, Michael Olise had to come off right at the end,” Hodgson said during his press conference. “He felt his hamstring with the last kick he made of the game. Unfortunately for us, he won’t take part in this game.
“We’ll have to nurse him through and hope he gets back as soon as possible. For how long is he out? I can’t answer that one I’m afraid.”

Sean Dyche explains Everton stance in January transfer window
Sean Dyche has confirmed it is likely to be a quiet transfer window for Everton, with his priority focused on retaining the services of key players as opposed to adding to his squad.
The Blues currently find themselves in a testing financial position, following a breach of financial rules, which is set to affect the club's ability to recruit during the month of January. 777 Partners are yet to complete their proposed takeover of Everton and Dyche does not expect any assistance from the American firm as regards providing capital to strengthen the first team.
"To be able to do a deal, the club has to be in a situation to do the deals. We had to work very hard and Kev [Thelwell] certainly hard to work hard to construct deals that could be worked into the way the club was in the summer," Dyche said during his press conference.
"We managed to rebalance the squad and had to lose some players as well. The situation is similar but different. You never know with the twists and turns of football how deals present themselves but, at this moment in time, it is very likely to be quiet."

Harrison Reed is 'admired' by Everton

Financial Fair play charge claim
But we'll start with a report from The Times, who are stating there are "concerns that Everton could face a second charge in consecutive seasons" of breaching the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules.
Everton became the first club to be punished under Premier League profit and sustainability guidelines when they were handed a 10-point penalty in November. That sanction related to the financial period ending in the summer of 2022, for which the Blues were adjudged to have exceeded loss limits by £19.5m. The club has since appealed against the penalty.
And now The Times are reporting Everton could be charged again.
