Major Michy Batshuayi to Rangers update as Gers ready to WALK AWAY from stunning transfer deal

RANGERS look set to back away from a deal for Belgium striker Michy Batshuayi.
SunSport broke the exclusive news that the £33million hitman could be on his way to Ibrox.
The former Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund goalscorer is up for grabs on a short-term deal from Fenerbahce.
Philippe Clement had lodged an interest in his 30-year-old countryman with a view to pulling off a shock move.
But it’s understood tentative fact-finding talks have already hit a wall for the £60,000-week striker.
Reports in Turkey claim Everton are in the frame along with a number of other European clubs with Fenerbahce eager to strike an agreement with the highest bidder IF the player confirms his desire to leave.

But Belgium legend Franky van der Elst insists Batshuayi must quit Istanbul if he’s to be part of Domenico Tedesco’s 23-man Belgium squad for Germany this summer.
He said: "I think Michy Batshuayi doesn't deserve to make the squad at the moment and he is behind other strikers now.
"I would never have said that a year ago.
"But he doesn't score and he's in a bad situation at Fenerbahce. He really needs a move quickly.

"Domenico Tedesco wants to play with pressure and aggressiveness and wants strikers who will drop deep to help out. Batshuayi has none of that.
"Romelu Lukaku is clearly going to be the main striker and Loïs Openda will be his understudy.
“He could even use Leandro Trossard there too. All are ahead at the moment.
"I believe that Openda will have more chances to play and score at the Euros and will get that chance because he is enjoying his time at his club RB Leipzig."
Batshuayi scored two of his 27 international goals in Scotland, in a 4-0 friendly win at Hampden in 2018.
