Duk Aberdeen FC transfer interest intensifies as Serie A and Eredivisie suitors 'emerge'
The Dons frontman has a number of clubs keeping tabs with Barry Robson facing a fight to keep him at Pittodrie
Aberdeen could face a real fight to keep Duk amid interest from two top leagues.
The attacker has pace to burn and brings that unpredictability factor to Barry Robson's ranks but the Press and Journal report that he is being tracked by clubs in Serie A and the Eredivisie with teams in England's Championship and in Switzerland already keeping tabs on him.
The Cape Verde international made the move to Pittodrie from Benfica and is contracted until summer 2025 - meaning he has 18 months to run on his current terms. The Portuguese giants are said to be set to net a big chunk of any transfer fee landed by the Dons. He enjoyed a brilliant first campaign in Scotland with 18 goals in all competitions but he's only managed just five so far this term. Bojan Miovski is another key player Robson will be desperate to keep in his ranks as he looks to march up the table and challenge for European football.
The striker has confirmed he is in no rush to leave with two-and-a-half years to run on his deal. He's very happy currently despite reported interest in his services.

The latter is on a season long-loan Hapoel Be’er Sheva. Attacker Besuijen has had some enquiries but it is reported that there is yet to be any of interest that appeals to both the player and club.
Rhys Williams has already departed for a return to Liverpool. The Dons faithful hoped he would emulate the success of Leighton Clarkson, who joined on a permanent long-term deal in the summer, but he failed to get any game-time and has returned south.
Defender Angus MacDonald has been also been linked with a move away from Pittodrie this month, with MLS side Toronto FC reportedly interested, along with clubs in EFL League One.
