There were jubilant scenes in the Selhurst Park away end as Chelsea secured a stoppage-time victory against Crystal Palace, with the travelling fans breaking the advertising hoardings
Chelsea fans broke through the advertising hoardings after Conor Gallagher's late winner against Crystal Palace.
The Blues secured a dramatic 3-1 victory away at Selhurst Park on Monday Night Football. They looked to be headed for a dull draw after Gallagher had cancelled out Jefferson Lerma's opener.
But the former Palace loanee scored his and Chelsea's second in the first minute of stoppage time, finishing Cole Palmer's cut-back into the bottom corner of Dean Henderson's net.

He headed straight to the away end to celebrate with the travelling fans, going to jump onto the hoarding before thinking better of it as he saw them charging towards him.
It then collapsed under the weight of the tens of supporters who had rushed to grab the players, leaving them laying on the floor. Defender Axel Disasi was right in the thick of it having jumped into the crowd.

It seemed all was well, with the supporters involved soon getting back to their feet and continuing the celebrations, while Gallagher and Co somehow avoided a booking for sparking the crazy scenes.
Enzo Fernandez went on to score a third to put the cherry on top for Chelsea. The Argentina midfielder finished past Henderson after another Palmer assist.
Thankfully there was no repeat of the hoardings collapsing with the Chelsea team wisely keeping their distance from the fans. Striker Nicolas Jackson, however, did land himself in hot water.
He sprinted across the pitch having already been substituted by manager Mauricio Pochettino, earning himself a booking from referee Michael Oliver. That's his ninth yellow card of the season, leaving him one away from a two-match suspension.
