5 Rangers training headlines as Roofe's return has rules attached and masked man ready to face off
Dujon Sterling looked carefree ahead of Hearts clash while Philippe Clement has no special plans for Jambos' biggest threat.

For the first time this season, Rangers go into the weekend as league leaders.
Last Sunday's win at St Johnstone catapulted the Light Blues above Celtic to the summit of the Premiership. And now it's all about staying there. Saturday represents one of their toughest tests this season so far, with in form Hearts the visitors to Ibrox. The Jambos are unbeaten in 12, winning 11 of them and their last eight on the bounce. And in Lawrence Shankland, they have the league's hottest property.
But Philippe Clement's side have been equally impressive and something will have to give in Govan. Kemar Roofe is back in training, while Leon Balogun will have to try and shackle Shankland in disguise if he gets the nod, with the Nigerian sporting a new facial accessory. Utility man Dujon Sterling looked relaxed as his Belgian boss plans to stop Hearts, and not just their top scorer specifically.

The masked man
Leon Balogun wasn't instantly recognisable during today's session. The Nigerian suffered a facial injury against Livingston and needs some protective face gear to take to the pitch. Whether he'll start against the Jambos with Goldson and Souttar the preferred pairing remains to be seen.
1 of 5Raise the Roofe
The Jamaican is back in training, but don't expect to see too much of him against Hearts. Philippe Clement will have him on the bench given his lack of striking options, but has warned that even 45 minutes would be too much, so only a brief cameo if anything from the injury-hit front man.
2 of 5Sterling all smiles
The utility man has become a key member of Philippe Clement's squad, with his ability to fill in at a number of positions a big help to the Belgian. Successful teams needs guys like that and Sterling seems to have finally found his role at Ibrox, it's just he has more than one of them.
3 of 5Winging it
Philippe Clement most certainly isn't. The Belgian has overseen a complete transformation of this Rangers team, turning them into front runners after looking like sorry also rans under Michael Beale. His timing looks to be spot on, and his demeanour means flying too close to the sun shouldn't be a danger at Ibrox.
4 of 5No plan for Shank
Stopping Lawrence Shankland is a no brainer for any boss. But Clement admits he won't be giving the Premiership's top scorer any special treatment. After all, he got through unscathed against Messi, Neymar and Mbappe without focusing on them.
