Alan Pardew has given his verdict on Liverpool right-back Conor Bradley after watching him in action against Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea in the final of the Carabao Cup.
The former Newcastle United manager was hugely impressed by Bradley, who is a rising star at Liverpool.
So, what has Alan Pardew said about Liverpool right-back Conor Bradley? Let’s take a look.
Alan Pardew praises Liverpool right-back Conor Bradley vs Chelsea
Well, Alan Pardew has been speaking about Liverpool right-back Conor Bradley after the final of the Carabao Cup against Premier League rivals Chelsea.
The former Newcastle United and West Ham United manager was hugely impressed with Bradley, not just against Chelsea in the final but against the Blues in the Premier League as well.
Against Chelsea this past Sunday, Bradley started at right-back before having to move further forward.

The 20-year-old, who has come through the Liverpool academy system and is a wonderkid, got under Ben Chilwell’s skin and was a threat.
Pardew said about Bradley on talkSPORT (7:26 pm, February 25, 2024): “Special mention, by the way, to that Conor Bradley because I was at the Chelsea league game, and he was the best player on the pitch, right, at Anfield, right-back.
“Today he plays right-back brilliantly for about 20 minutes, then he goes right-wing and he plays brilliant there as well. I mean, this kid has such a future in front of him. Terrific.”
My View: Conor Bradley is a Liverpool gem
In my opinion, Conor Bradley is one of the best young players in the Premier League and is a gem of a footballer for Liverpool. He has been a revelation this season.
Bradley is only just starting his career, but he looks at home at Liverpool and in the Premier League. Paul Merson is a big fan.
The 20-year-old Northern Ireland international right-back has done so well for Jurgen Klopp’s side that Trent Alexander-Arnold is not being missed.
That says a lot. Of course, we should not overhype Bradley. After all, he is only 20, and opposition teams are still learning about him. But, at the same time, I think that Liverpool fans should be excited about him.
