Wataru Endo returns for Liverpool as Jarell Quansah replaces Ibrahima Konate at centre-back against Manchester United.
Japan captain Endo missed Thursday night's 3-1 win over Sheffield United with a minor issue but is back in the engine room alongside the in-form Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai.
Quansah partners Virgil van Dijk with Conor Bradley continuing to deputise on the right side of the back four. Andy Robertson returns on the left side as Joe Gomez drops to the substitutes' bench alongside Konate.

Scotland captain Robertson missed the win over Brighton with an ankle complaint but was impressive off the bench on Thursday and is rewarded with a start at Old Trafford.
Konate made his first start since the 5-1 win at Sparta Prague last month against Chris Wilder's side during the week but is only among the subs at Old Trafford with Quansah once more entrusted alongside captain Van Dijk.
It's the same front three who started that victory over the Blades with Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz entrusted to inflict the damage on their hosts.
Victory will send the Reds back to the top of the Premier League table after respective victories for Manchester City and Arsenal on Saturday over Crystal Palace and Brighton.
