Ianis Hagi in transfer demand as Rangers outcast reveals 'right team and manager' order to agents

The Romanian was sent out on loan to Alaves last season and his future looks to be away from Ibrox.

Ianis Hagi has revealed he's told his agents to find the 'right team and manager' for him as he all but confirmed he will be leaving Rangers.

The Romanian international still has two years left of his deal at Ibrox and is scheduled to return to Glasgow after the Euros. He spent last season on loan at La Liga where his game time was limited and looks unlikely to be part of Philippe Clement's plans for the new campaign.

Hagi made 146 appearances in total after an initial loan spell and scored 24 goals but his progress was hampered by a knee injury that kept him out for a year. And Hagi appears resigned to leaving Ibrox after revealing he's left it to his agents to sort his future while on international duty.

He said: "My focus is on the Euros. I had talks with my agents and the pressure is on them. They know what I want for my future, it's a pretty important summer for me from all points of view.

"I told them before going to the national team what I wanted, I expect them to work as well as possible, to find the right team and the right manager for me. I can't say if I'll be at Rangers or somewhere else. My future depends on my agents."
